The User has the right to access the contents of his/her personal data, correct them or delete his/her personal data completely - for this purpose, an e-mail must be sent specifying the request for changes or deletion of the data from the register. Personal data will be stored until the customer's account is closed, unless they are needed to exercise rights under the guarantee, warranty, conduct debt recovery proceedings, until the proceedings are completed and the receivables are settled.

2. Where do we get your data from
We have received personal data from you when you create an account and/or place an order in our shop and when you subscribe to our newsletter.Providing personal data, as well as consenting to its transmission, is voluntary. Any personal data provided are processed only to the extent and for the purpose to which the Consumer has given their consent - in accordance with the principles described in the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 101, item 926 as amended). Users' personal data are processed in order to establish, shape, conclude, amend or terminate the Agreement between the Seller and the Customer, as well as to fulfil the Sales Agreement.4. Who do we share your data with
Users' personal data may be transferred to third parties only with the User's consent in cases described in the Terms of Use, in particular:- The Seller is a participant of the "Trusted Opinions" programme as part of the service provided by the Opineo.pl website, administered by Opineo Sp. z o.o. 2-4 Powstańców Śląskich Street, 6th floor, 53-333 Wrocław, KRS: 0000357466. If the Buyer agrees - the service will send to him via e-mail a survey to obtain opinions on transactions made in the Online Shop, as well as posting on the site available in the Opineo.pl domain opinions expressed by customers as a result of filling out surveys. Buyer data will be transferred to Opineo.pl only after prior consent.
- In case of choosing on-line payment method, the customer's data are processed by the payment system administrator in order to carry out the transaction;
- Personal data are made available to the courier company for the purpose of delivery of shipments. The following personal data of the customer is necessary to complete the service of the order:

In order to make shopping easier for you, to improve the quality of service and to provide you with products similar to your interests, our shop system collects selected behavioural data. This data is stored in our shop database or in cookies (if you do not have a customer account with us), but importantly this data is not stored directly on your card.We collect data about interactions with goods, i.e. product views, adding to favourites, adding to basket, product rating, ordering goods. Identification of a person based on this data is impossible as our recommender system does not store IP number or any personal data. It only has your customer number, the identifiers of the goods you ordered and your order number.
Policy on the use of cookies
This Policy defines the principles of storing and accessing information on the User's devices using cookies to provide electronic services requested by the User by SPC with its registered office in Poznań.
I. Definitions
- Administrator - means SPC with its registered office in Poznań (61-717), ul. Kościuszki 114 2N, entered into the Central Register of Business Activities, tax registration number PL5542259553, which provides services by electronic means and stores and accesses information in User's devices.
- Cookies - means the services provided by SPC to the User by electronic means and stores and accesses information in User's devices.
- Cookies - means computer data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on the devices through which the User uses the Website.
- Individual cookies - means cookies placed by the Administrator in connection with the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website
- External cookies - means cookies placed by the Administrator's partners, via the Website.
- Service - means the website or application under which the Administrator operates the Website, operating in the domain(s) strike-industries.eu
- Device - means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Website
- User - means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions, electronic services may be provided, or with whom an Agreement for the provision of services by electronic means may be concluded.
II. Types of Cookies used
- The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, this way it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the User Device. These cookies allow to identify the software used by the User and to customise the Website for each individual User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
- The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
