The SI-PISTOL-LC-BK compensator consists of six parts: a base, a large and three short segments and a locking nut. It is mounted directly on a 1/2x28 thread. Just tighten the base and put the other segments on it as needed. The device directs gas and flash forward, which reduces the effect of glare on the shooter and protects tactical flashlights mounted at the barrel.
Adjustable length allows the compensator to fit different types of holsters and weapon configurations. The housing is made of CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum to keep the unit lightweight. The black anodized surface provides resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The shape of the compensator suppresses side noise to a degree comparable to an exhaust brake.
